  • For good and valuable consideration, the Undersigned,, irrevocably grants BCYF vendors (the “Photographer”), BCYF Archivist (the “Archivist”),  and the Baltimore Children and Youth Fund (“BCYF”) my permission and the right to use any and all photographic or other images and audio or video recordings taken of me and including my likeness (referred to as "Images"). The Undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer and Archivist will submit the Images and recordings to BCYF to be used for marketing purposes by BCYF in print, digital, and online publications or media.   The Undersigned irrevocably grants BCYF, including its affiliates and collaborating partners, permission to use, re-use, publish, re-publish, and prepare derivative work of the Images, for any purpose in furtherance of BCYF’s mission, in perpetuity throughout the world, and in any medium, format, or platform now existing or hereafter created without further consent from or any royalty, payment, or other compensation to the Undersigned. The Undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that BCYF has no obligation to use the Images and Recordings, and that the Undersigned has no right to review or approve the Images.**

  • Stipends Available to Current BCYF grantees: BCYF will provide $100 stipends to attendees to help cover expenses like missed wages, transportation, childcare costs, and other miscellaneous expenses to attend the event. Stipends will be paid electronically within 30 days of the event. 

  • The Gathering 2026 | Participant Stipend Agreement

  • I acknowledge that I am eligible to receive a $100 stipend for participating in The Gathering 2026: Imagine Baltimore — Gathering Voices & Solutions for Baltimore's First Youth Master Plan on Thursday, November 12, 2026.

    BCYF provides this stipend to eligible participants from current BCYF grantee partner organizations to help offset expenses associated with attending the event, such as missed wages, transportation, childcare, and other related costs.

    Participation Requirements
    To receive the stipend, I agree to:

    • Attend The Gathering 2026 on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.
    • Check in upon arrival so that BCYF can confirm my attendance.
    • Participate in the conference and scheduled activities, including opportunities connected to the launch of the Baltimore Youth Master Plan.
    • Complete the participant feedback survey.
    • Complete all required payment documentation.
    • Accept the BILL.com invitation, if one is emailed to me. If I have received a stipend from BCYF before, my payment information may already be on file.

    Stipend Reminders for All Participants

    • The $100 stipend is provided to individual eligible participants who complete all participation and payment requirements.
    • Stipends will be paid electronically within 30 days of the event, provided all requirements have been completed.
    • Unanswered requests for required payment documentation or agreement signatures, and BILL.com invitations not accepted within 30 days, will result in forfeiture of the stipend.
    • If you choose to receive payment through a virtual card in BILL.com, you must claim your funds within 20 days of receipt. Funds that are not claimed within 20 days and are subsequently lost will not be reissued.
    • Please use your legal name on all payment documents. The name on your stipend agreement must match the name on your W-9 or other required payment documentation. Nicknames cannot be accepted.
    • Each participant is responsible for completing their own required payment documentation. An organization cannot complete these requirements on behalf of an individual participant.
    • Attendance alone does not guarantee payment. All participation and payment documentation requirements must be completed before a stipend can be issued.

    Participants Under 18

    • Eligible participants under 18 will receive their $100 stipend through a virtual gift card.
    • BCYF cannot reissue or retract stipend payments after they have been disbursed.

  • The Baltimore Children and Youth Fund disburses stipends to adult grantees, contractors, and vendors by ACH (direct deposit) through BCYF's payment platform: BILL.COM. Please indicate your confirmation. Youth under 18 will receive their stipend payment by electronic gift card.*
    • You will receive an invitation from Bill.com via email. You must accept the invitation to
      receive an ACH payment. Accepting the invitation gives BCYF permission to deposit funds in your account.
    • BCYF is Net 30. Most vendors receive their ACH/epayments within 30 days of submission as your payment moves through our internal controls and approval processes. Payments that are mailed will need extra days for the US Postal Service to deliver.
    • The email provided above will be notified as payment is being processed, with an expected date of when funds will arrive. The email will be from BILL.com. Please check your spam folder.
